March Town Hall Exhibit 2025

The March 2025 exhibit features three dimensional models and plaques often collected as memorabilia.

Three dimensional models and plaques are often collected as memorabilia. The March exhibit in the display case in the Town Hall foyer shows wood plaques of the Beavertail Lighthouse, the Conanicut Light or North Light, the Quaker Meetinghouse, the Baptist Church, and the Round House. All of these were created in the late 1990s as souvenirs of Jamestown. In addition, the exhibit shows ceramic and metal collectables, including a tin coin bank modeled as a house with the coin slot in the chimney made by Jamestowner Orville Minkler about 1930.
