Jamestown Museum | 92 Narragansett Avenue | Jamestown RI 02835

Then & Now: Where We Stayed

This 2018 summer exhibit in the Jamestown Historical Society museum at 92 Narragansett Avenue was Then & Now: Where We Stayed. This exhibit opened Memorial Day, 2018.

Then & Now: Where We Stayed looked at the island’s past hotels and boarding houses through post cards and photographs in the Society’s collection.

This exhibit showed aspects of Jamestown you may never have known to exist, and challenge your memory with the images we have chosen.
