2016 House Tour
This year’s house tour will be in the Bryer Avenue/Bay Voyage area. It will be held on Saturday, September 10, 10am to 2pm.
The homes are
The 1898 Chapel – 11 Harbor St
Longwood – 9 Bryer Avenue
Davis Cottage – 40 Emerson Rd (enter thru Bryer Ave)
1923 Cary Magruder Cottage – 24 Prudence Rd (enter from the end of Bryer Ave across Prudence Lane & thru the side yard)
Three of the homes on the tour are within easy walking distance of each other along Bryer Avenue and through the Bryer/Shoreby Hill cut-through to Upper Shoreby. The 1898 Chapel entails a short excursion across Conanicus Avenue to Harbor Street. It is about 4/10th of a mile from the 1923 Cary Magruder cottage on Shoreby Hill to the 1898 Chapel on Harbor Street. Please see our map for more information.
Visit these four historic houses for $20 per person. You can pay in advance here.
Tickets will also be available at 9 Bryer Avenue on the day of the house tour. Pay, on the day of the tour, by PalPay, Credit Card, personal check, or cash.
