The new exhibit in the Jamestown Historical Society case in the Jamestown Philomenian Library displays memorabilia of the life of long time Jamestowner Joseph Frank.

The last outing of the Society was to tour Fort Adams on Wednesday, July 27.
We met at the Fort at 9:30 am and were given a tour by Rob McCormack, Director of Visitor Experience, Jamestown resident and lifelong student of the forts in Narragansett Bay.

This year’s Annual Meeting will be held Wednesday, August 10th at the Jamestown Library.

Over the last ten years, the JHS has mounted over 60 exhibits in our case at the Jamestown Philomenian Library.

The new exhibit in the Jamestown Historical Society case in the Jamestown Philomenian Library displays scarves and other types of adornment from the society’s collection.
